Battered and Deep fried 9oz catfish fillet served with lettuce, tomato and a signature house sauce on a brioche toasted bun.
6 ounce breaded and deep fried salmon fillet served over a bed of spinach Dijon mustard on a toasted brioche bun drizzled in our sweet chili sauce. Comes with fries.
7 jumbo seasoned and breaded fried shrimp tossed in house bang bang sauce, over a bed of shredded lettuce and sliced tomato on a toasted French roll. Houseradish, and house signature sauce to tie it all together. Comes with fries.
8-10oz of our signature kajas seasoned Deep fried catfish with a bowl of our Homemade Smaknchz

We had a crab boil, burger, and the Cajun chicken pasta. Everything was SO good and the staff were so incredibly nice and welcoming. We LOVED it. 10/5 would go again :)
The food was amazing! I’ve been waiting for those shrimp nachos since you’ve closed and they definitely didn’t disappoint! Kyler was an amazing server and all of the staff were friendly and checked in often. We will definitely be back soon!!
Incredible shrimp boil. Best I’ve ever had at a restaurant. New Orleans good. Kaja is an incredible host. Live music on Sunday (maybe more days too) Also the buffalo chicken sandwich and philly cheesesteak were great!!!!
A 10/10 experience. They use high quality ingredients, the flavor is absolutely perfect, the owner is very personable and took time to just chat with us and share some facts about her restaurant. She has a warm presence about her. The sweet tea is wood filtered and unlike anything you will ever try, a truly unique tea. The chicken falls apart and the pasta is perfectly creamy. We cannot wait to come back. Every good debate is complete only with a counter to your argument but I cannot think of a single thing I would change about this place. I encourage anyone to try them out!
Awesome atmosphere and great vibes. Friendly service and the food... Oh it was done right. I had the smack n cheese with bacon and my sister had the queen George meal. We shared the shrimp mack and cheese spring rolls. Not only was the Mac and cheese snack worthy but the spring rolls were banging! The breading on the catfish was light and the fish was moist The cornbread was sweet and soft in the middle with a light crunch to the top and bottom. Also they did amazing with my food allergy and were so accommodating! ... The ambiance and artwork were also just so Inviting and even the bathrooms had a whole vibe (women's anyhow lol). Definitely visit this place ... It's an experience I intend to have again!

We went to Cajun Cuisine by Us on Saturday night before a LumberJacks game. We had a very good waiter, who brought popcorn for us to enjoy and took our order as soon as we were ready. The vibe was warm and friendly. The appetizer we chose were the veggie spring rolls. Everyone enjoyed them. Our dinners were terrific - pasta with shrimp and the King George and a bacon cheese burger. The Cajan meals were loved, but I want to call out the burger. As someone that is not a seafood or spicy fan, I normally do not expect much from the additional menu items. However, WOW to the burger. It was amazing. Top 5 burgers I have ever had. I now want to go back and try other burgers, and my family is excited to try more Cajun too. What a great addition to the downtown area! I can't wait to go back!
Everything was awesome! Great service, best Red beans and rice that I've had in a while. Definitely try the corn bread! Adding an edit to say that I had the leftovers this afternoon and they were amazing! It's hard to find a restaurant in my opinion, where the food tastes amazing the next day. The catfish! Fried fish never tastes good the next day unless it's made at home and y'all knocked it out the park! I will definitely be back and can't wait to try other things on the menu. I'd come back just for the red beans and rice with cornbread:) The okra was so good! I haven't had that in so long! I'm trying the greens next time. I had a hard time ordering for my first time, Cajun is one of my favorites! Also had two of the mixed drinks! Very tasty and packed the perfect punch without tasting boozy. I'm excited to try the slushy ones this summer! Muskegon definitely needed this restaurant because we were lacking.
Amazing! Ordered TWO Louisiana's with crab shrimp and other goodies smothered in the best sauce that we wish we could drink. The DJ was amazing, kept making us wanna DANCE! Ordered a delicious peach cobbler cheesecake.
